Kroller-Muller Museum, Amsterdam
RESTAURANT MONSIEUR JACQUES
6731 AW Otterlo
26th June 2018 Late lunch 2.30pm
After an amazing trip around the Kroller-Muller Museum we were ready for lunch in the Monsieur Jacques restaurant. What an absolutely idyllic setting, it took our breath away. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived and very clean. The menu offers a wide assortment of lunch dishes and tasty treats to enjoy with a (Fairtrade) coffee or tea. Many of the products are from biological origins. The restaurant is spacious and light and offers a wonderful view of the garden. We got to enjoy sitting outside on the terrace.
We were so excited we decided to have a glass of cava to celebrate seeing Van Gogh originals! Our lunch was a cheese & mustard sandwich and a brie, walnut & honey sandwich – we shared our fillings!
It was a joy on such a glorious day to sit on the terrace looking out onto the gardens, birds passing by and tweeting from the branches above.
