EAT Cover Photo

When you are vegetarian or vegan, going out for dinner can be a minefield. Sometimes you'll be lucky enough to stumble into a restaurant that actually offers multiple delicious things you can eat, but all too often there’s just one sad option – if that. That’s where EAT Reviews can help, we’ve been out and about finding vegetarian and vegan friendly restaurants and cafes from Manchester to London, Oxford to Amsterdam.

E = Energy

Ayurveda primarily evaluates the diet based on the energetic qualities of the food,and its effect on the body's overall physiology, not necessarily on the chemical nutrient content.

A = Ahimsa

Ahimsa is a Sanskrit word which means "non-violence” or "non-injury".

T = Taste

In Ayurveda, there are six tastes or Rasas: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent. Ayurveda recommends including each of the tastes in every meal.

If you have a favourite restaurant near you that is vegetarian/ vegan-friendly, let us know and we can take a look.
