So Yummy Orange & Tamari Tofu Rice Bowl
This is a yummy rice bowl and I have made it as best I can so that all doshas can eat it, but sometimes rather than avoid compromising the taste mix we have it only on the odd occasion, but it's very delicious.
Tofu & Veg Muffin/Bun/Toast Filling/Spread
There is such a lot of controversy about tofu, I'm going to do a full bog on it soon. But for the time being tofu energetics are considered to be dry, cold and heavy with an astringent taste. So taking this into account its fine for Vata and Pitta but not for Kapha.
