Immune Building Broccoli, Bean, and Pea Soup. This is week 3 of April and if you have been following the 5 Day Kapha Reducing Prog, this is a good soup to include in your diet. Even if you're not following the 5 Days, this is one of my favourite soups and its full of great immune building qualities.
Simple Creamy Millet Porridge. This is an absolute must for Kapha people who need to eat a good breakfast, I've reduced the portions for one serving and added a drizzle of honey and a small handful of berries of your choice.
A Kapha Dinner - Squash & Celery Subji. Subji has a variety of names, but simply means a variety of vegetables cooked with spices, when we look at making subji for our specific dosha, we can choose from the vegetables and spices that are advantageous Kapha.

Favour a Simple Diet for Kapha Clearing & Kitchadi Recipe. If you wish to continue helping your body to feel healthier and cleansed, continue throughout the rest of April with a type of mono diet using warm, well-cooked foods.

As we come towards the end of the Kapha season we must continue to be aware of the food we are eating.
