The beauty of Jyotish lies in a possibility to see good and bad periods in life, to detect good planets influencing our lives as well as bad ones. Bad influences produce obstacles and turning points. On the other side, good once should be encouraged to be even better. Here's our resident Yoga Expert Claire showing us some simple sequences using a chair, really good for those suffering from knee or joint problems. You won't need your tutu for the plies though!

Being very complex, life gives us more than one dosha constitution. That is represented by the mixed influence of planets on specific chart fields ie ascendent. Most people have dual doshas types as well as people having a mixture of three of them called tridosha.
